Looking for interior design inspiration while on holiday is a great opportunity to gather new ideas, see things from different angles, and bring a piece of your travel experiences into your future designs.
Recently returned from sunny Menorca and a visit to the Hauser and Wirth gallery set me off on this blog. Located on a small island in Mahon harbour, it was tranquil, elegant and stunning.
What did I bring back from Menorca apart from “Sparkles the Pink Flamingo” (we had a five-year-old with us)? Images of stunning lamps, cushions and fabric, the intention to look at different materials when hunting for lighting for clients, looking forward to 2025 and what can be achieved with “Outdoor” rooms for clients. A renewed love of art galleries, and the beautiful glass and alabaster sculptures at Hauser and Wirth.
